- Fabrication of Aspheric F10 mirror of Diameter 750 mm along with necessary mechanical mounts
- Fabrication and assembly of 785mm diameter windows with a very small transmitted wavefront error over the complete aperture. In house fabrication of window mounts.
- Complete system testing for performance at factory and site.

- Mechanical structures and stands were designed to damp existing surface vibrations during tunnel operation.
